Job SummaryThe Department of Mathematics seeks a bright, energetic student to work on a research project in hypergraph theory. Students are expected to spend a significant amount of time studying differential geometric properties of hypergraphs.
Responsibilities- Read research articles
- Present a weekly lecture on hypergraphs
- Write lecture notes in LaTeX
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College
- In good academic standing for the duration of employment
- In good conduct standing with Georgia Gwinnett College for the duration of employment
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, time management, and multi‑tasking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Completion of Linear Algebra
- Completion of advanced 4000‑level courses
- Advanced mathematical thinking skills
