Patient Population: General GI cases
Setting: Hospital
Responsibilities:
Coverage of all unassigned GI patients & United Digestive patients
Consultative inpatient service from 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
No night call (covered by United Digestive physicians)
Work alongside 2 inpatient APPs providing 7-day/week coverage
Required Procedures: General Gastroenterology procedures
EMR System: TBD
Support Staff: 2 inpatient APPs covering 7 days/week
Days Per Month: 22 weeks per year (7 on / 7 off)
On-Call/Weekends: Night call covered by United Digestive physicians
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine REQUIRED
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology REQUIRED
GA license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
Visa Support Needed? (J1 or H1B) REQUIRED
Clean malpractice PREFERRED
