Gastroenterology Physician

Join a dedicated team at a state-of-the-art facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia, where you will be involved in providing exceptional care to patients. This practice is currently seeking two physicians to cover all unassigned GI patients as well as United Digestive patients. With a focus on overall patient well-being, this position offers a supportive environment for both new graduates and experienced physicians alike.

• Provide care for two GI Hospitalist openings.
• Manage coverage of all unassigned GI patients and United Digestive patients.
• Perform general GI duties.
• Work a 7 on/7 off schedule (22 weeks per year).
• Conduct consultative inpatient services from 7:30 AM 5 PM.
• Collaborate with two inpatient APPs covering 7 days a week.
• Receive night call coverage from current United Digestive physicians.
• Participate in 8 weeks of hospitalist coverage supported by existing staff.
• Openings suitable for new graduate candidates through 2025.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
• Georgia license (or willingness to obtain).
• Clean malpractice history (preferred).
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).
• DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start).

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (REQUIRED).
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology (REQUIRED).
• Georgia state medical license (or willingness to obtain) (REQUIRED).
• DEA certification (REQUIRED).
