Dr. Shah and Dr. Raju Practice Information:
Servicing metro Atlanta since 198316 primary care physicians + 5 primary care nurse practitioners

Physician-led practice prioritizing its doctors Clinics welcome both scheduled and walk-in patients

Main office is well-equipped with lab, PT, pharmacy, x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT, and full cardiac testing

Low IT burden for physicians, time to focus on patients (patients over paperwork)
Easy access to specialists and imaging with direct scheduling in the office

Area has top schools, beautiful parks, 45 minutes from Atlanta airport

Schedule/

Hours:

Physicians generally work between 35 to 43 hours per week (including Saturday hours/documentation/administrative work) and can expect to see 20 to 25 patients per day once established

Clinic hours:

Monday through Friday 9 AM-6 PM (with 1 hr lunch break from 1-2 PM)
Saturday 10 AM-4 PMSunday 10 AM-2 PMMinimum of one weekend per month for top compensation offer (preferably 2 alternating Saturdays / month)

Compensation/Benefits:

Full-time schedule starting salary is >$230-$260k (higher base for experienced candidates) + comprehensive benefits (including 401k)
Physicians base + productivity starting second year with a minimum production requirement
