Customer Success Manager

Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will focus on driving adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of Sage’s products, including Sage 50, Sage for Accountants solutions, and mid-market offerings such as Sage AR Automation. You will be responsible for revenue, customer outcomes, and performance for your assigned portfolio.

• You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to define and execute customer success strategies that deliver measurable value, strengthen customer relationships, and unlock expansion opportunities.
• The role involves creating scalable processes and ensuring customer success initiatives align with Sage’s overall growth objectives.

This is a hybrid role – 3 days per week in our Lawrenceville office.

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles in software or SaaS, with a focus on revenue ownership.
• 2+ years of proven success managing large, multi-product customer portfolios.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively across executive stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage revenue performance and forecast with accuracy.
• Ability to drive operational efficiency and build scalable customer success models.
