- Passion for working with children
- Collaborative spirit and great communication
- Ready to grow with a supportive team
- Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom operations
- Build trusting, caring relationships with children and families
- Maintain a warm, clean, and positive classroom environment
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED (ECE certifications a major plus!)
- At least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Able to pass a background check
- Available Full-Time | 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am–6:00pm | Monday–Friday
