REI is looking for a Sales & Marketing Analyst to support our growing business by delivering data‑driven insights, accurate forecasting, and strategic performance analysis. In this role, you will transform sales and market data into meaningful recommendations that help guide business strategy and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, Production Control, and Product Support to execute sales initiatives, enhance internal processes, and support key customer engagements.
This position is ideal for someone who excels in analytics, communicates clearly with leadership, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
The Sales and Marketing Analyst will:
- Manage sales performance planning, including budget vs. actual analysis, forecasting accuracy tracking, and deviation reporting to support strategic decisions.
- Analyze internal sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
- Drive execution of sales strategies by developing action plans, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking progress to ensure alignment.
- Lead cross‑functional projects with Marketing, Customer Service, Production Control, and Product Support to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly performance summaries for senior management.
- sales forecasting and pipeline management through data validation, scenario analysis, and forecast maintenance.
- Monitor competitor actions, pricing trends, and industry developments to support strategic planning.
- Produce comprehensive reports and data visualizations to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills; good writing and excellent oral presentation skills.
Proficient Office 365 (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills.
Thorough knowledge of the thermal media business.
Sales experience (2‑4 years). Experience in the Label business in a production, engineering, production control or QA/QC capacity can be substituted for some sales experience.
