Global Payroll Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-driven Global Payroll Analyst to join our People Services team and play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across the US and Canada. • Accurately process US multi-state and Canadian bi-weekly payroll in line with company policies.
• Partner with a third‑party payroll vendor to ensure correct calculation of earnings and deductions.
• Audit employee pay records and reconcile payroll totals.
• Ensure compliance with Sage timesheet policies and Department of Labor (DOL) standards.
• Perform tax, garnishment, and payroll reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Support year‑end payroll activities, tax filings, workers’ compensation, and internal audits.
• Document and maintain payroll processes and procedures.
• Resolve payroll issues promptly, implementing controls to prevent reoccurrence.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries via Service Now tickets, phone, and email.
• Support specialized payroll tasks such as sales commissions, manual payments, and reconciliations.

• Significant experience in a payroll position.
• Strong experience with end-to-end multi-state payroll processing (timesheet to ACH).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• High level of accuracy with strong numerical and analytical skills.
