ResponsibilitiesCoordinates purchase of equipment, supplies, and other materials for assigned departments. Responsibilities involving conducting price reviews, placing orders, and maintaining inventories and associated records.
Required Qualifications- Associate's degree in Business Administration and/or 3 years hospital purchasing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain and accounting principles.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of MS Office and purchasing applications.
- Communicates effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to plan and prioritize a wide variety of activities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Five (5) years' experience in hospital purchasing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Healthcare related field.
- Project Management; ability to work collaboratively with others and build positive business relationships.
