It operates a total of 40,000 square feet of cold storage and an efficient distribution system, offering a complete supply chain service capability that covers product procurement, import customs clearance, warehousing, logistics and distribution, as well as market promotion and sales follow-up across the United States.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager – Wholesalewill be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key wholesale accounts, and leading a team of sales representatives. This role requires proven experience in the food industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage both strategic accounts and day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and food service customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the food industry.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the wholesale sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of wholesale sales experience in the food industry (seafood, meat, frozen, or grocery products preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bilingual skills (Mandarin/Spanish/other) a plus, but not required.
