Job Summary

The Registrar's Office seeks federal work‑study students to assist with daily operations and promote excellent customer service. Responsibilities include clerical support, file management, and special projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Registrar's Office with file maintenance, mailing letters, scanning and indexing forms, making copies, and faxing documents.
  • Assist associates with special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Must have a Federal Work Study award.
  • Must be in and maintain good academic standing for the duration of employment.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College and be able to handle confidential information.
  • Must be in and maintain good standing with the Office of Student Integrity for the duration of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with fax machines, copiers, and printers.
