Hybrid – Schedule 3 days in office and 2 days remote

Responsibilities- Manage and execute the month‑end closing process, including preparing journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and performing detailed variance analysis.
- Complete all monthly account reconciliations and assist in day‑to‑day accounting operations of the division.
- Complete various monthly reviews and audits, providing essential support for internal and external audit requests.
- Actively coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and business unit operations teams to resolve financial issues and implement workable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of five years of accounting experience.
- Major ERP and consolidation system experience (e.g., BPC/Cadency).
- General ledger, financial reporting systems, preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and supporting month‑end close processes.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills are a must (VLookups, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas).
- Able to work some extended hours as needed to meet tight month‑end close deadlines.
- Proven track record of success in prior senior accounting roles.
- Strong technical accounting experience, knowledge, and understanding of accounting principles.
- Proven ability to multi‑task, work independently, take on various responsibilities and prioritize as needed.
- SAP experience (as part of Major ERP and consolidation system experience).
