• Responsible and accountable for monitoring Center participants and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Ensure participants enter and exit the Center appropriately and remain in assigned areas.
• Monitor and collect urine drug screens from participants.
• Supervise participants during break periods.
• Monitor all educational and clinical classes/groups.
• Take accurate attendance of all participants.
• Maintain accurate communication log entries.
• Collection and documentation of urine screens.
• Write incident reports as needed and communicate concerns to program management.
• Provide transportation in assigned program vehicle when required.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and trainings as directed.
• Prevent crisis situations from escalating by intervening and counseling participants.
• Provide support and assistance in any crisis situation.
• Maintain work schedule as directed.
• Other duties as assigned or directed by supervisor(s).

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in the criminal justice field.
• Must be able to work one evening per week and some weekends; must cover additional shifts as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have visual and auditory acuity in order to maintain security of the center.
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk during the work day.
• Must submit and pass drug testing upon hire.
• Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
