The Quality & Compliance Specialist supports Gemline’s quality assurance and compliance programs, working closely with the Company’s U.S. and Asia-based compliance teams, brand partners, and multiple internal departments. This role is ideal for an early-career professional seeking exposure across product testing, documentation management, regulatory compliance, and quality inspection functions for a company that operates internationally. This position reports to the Manager of Quality.

• Conduct incoming quality inspections, in-process checks, product trials, and returns evaluations.
• Record findings, track defects, and support root-cause analysis.
• Collect, review, and organize compliance documents (i.e., test reports, certifications, and audits).
• Maintain facility compliance documentation and ensure timely updates.
• Monitor updates to product safety regulations and summarize implications for internal teams.
• Coordinate with third-party labs, inspection agencies, and partners.
• Maintain document control logs, SharePoint libraries, and version-controlled compliance files.
