RN Unit Manager

Fulltime Unit Manager position available at Skilled Nursing Facility in Lawrence, MA area!

Monday through Friday schedule with rotating manager-on-duty coverage

• Provide oversight and direction to clinical team of assigned unit.
• Make rounds with physicians, as necessary.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team.
• Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

• COVIDVaccination Required
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required;
  Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care Center, hospital or other related health care Center.

Range $79,000.00 -$
