• Position: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) / Labor and Delivery Nurse / OB Nurse
• Location: Lawrence, MA 01841 (Lawrence, Massachusetts; near Boston)
• Assignment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel Assignment
• Start Date: March 24, 2026
• End Date: June 22, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Unit: Labor & Delivery (Perinatal / Maternity Unit)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,670 - $2,810 per week

• Active Massachusetts permanent RN license (required)
• Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience (L&D, OB)
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and perinatal nursing skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to laboring mothers and their newborns
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery, including fetal monitoring/EFM
• Administer medications, assist with pain management, and support physiologic and pharmacologic interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, neonatology, and the interdisciplinary team
• Provide patient and family education on labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
• Respond effectively to obstetric emergencies and rapidly changing clinical situations

• Gain valuable travel nurse experience in a busy Labor & Delivery unit
• Work with a supportive, multidisciplinary OB team and enhance perinatal clinical skills
