• Shifts: Rotating 12-hour shifts (day/evening flex), 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Orientation Dates: March 24, 2026 or April 14, 2026

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,670–$2,810/week

• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license (permanent required)
• Minimum of 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience (L&D RN, OB nurse, maternity nurse)
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong clinical assessment, fetal monitoring (NST/strip interpretation), and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit, including antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum care
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery using electronic fetal monitoring
• Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures
• Administer medications and manage IVs per provider orders
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum care
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (OB/GYN, neonatal, anesthesia, nursing) to ensure optimal patient outcomes
