Nurse Manager Outpatient Services

The base salary range is $58.65 - $87.98 excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

The Nurse Manager of Outpatient Services and unit serves as a key member of the Procedural Services leadership team and is uniquely positioned and empowered to make operational decisions at the point of care to:

• Ensure optimal efficiency in daily flow throughout hospital based outpatient services and clinics
• Evaluate and assess the daily schedule and staffing plan and to make adjustments to clinical assignments if necessary to enhance the overall performance of the department and functioning of the unit.
• Communicates professionally with ancillary departments and referral sources.
• Works independently to effectively prioritize tasks and make timely adjustments to the work schedule to assure the successful completion of needed functions in accordance with the departmental initiatives with direction from department management.
• Identify and execute strategies for service growth in targeted outpatient markets.
• Proven Competencies with ambulatory coding, revenue management and charge reconciliation

The Nurse Manager reports to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Procedural Services.

Required:

• Current Registered Nurse license in state of MA required.
• BSN required; MBA strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated progressive leadership experience required with a minimum of 3-5 years of outpatient business/service line development.
