• Shift: Evening, 11am – 11pm (12-hour shifts, every other weekend required)
• On-Site Position

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Labor & Delivery RN
• Experience in high-volume facilities (1,000+ deliveries/year) and high-risk labor & delivery cases
• Active Registered Nurse license (RN license required for Massachusetts)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
• Ability to circulate during deliveries (scrubbing experience optional)
• Willingness to pick up on-call shifts is a plus (not required); must live within 30 minutes of the hospital for on-call eligibility

• Deliver expert nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Circulate during deliveries and assist with high-risk obstetric cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, effective patient care
• Monitor fetal and maternal status using advanced fetal monitoring techniques
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Support patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process
