Position: RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract)

We re hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 13-week contract in Lawrence, Massachusetts — earn up to ($2420 - $2548 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Assist in the management of labor and delivery emergencies.
• Support the achievement of departmental and organizational targets.
• Educate patients and families on labor and delivery processes.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.
• Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.

• Current RN license in Massachusetts with a focus on labor and delivery.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
• Experience in labor and delivery nursing for at least 2 years.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
• Experience in managing labor and delivery emergencies effectively.
• Strong communication skills for patient and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
• Ability to evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.
• Willingness to engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in documenting patient care activities accurately.
