Job responsibilities:
- Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements
- Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
- Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
- Completes Paperwork As Required By Company And Processing Guidelines
- Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
- Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
- Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
- Other duties as assigned
Vision (Near, Distance)
- Sense of Sound – Able to hear in normal audio range
- Sense of Touch
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – Safety Glasses
Work is performed in shop conditions and can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit
