Shot Peen Operator

• Operate machine to enhance surface of parts
• Determine usage of different machines according to customer requirements
• Anticipate and overcome production related problems, material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and
  unavoidable delays where possible and plan to reduce their impact on the operation
• Perform daily tests to determine size and shape of media
• Run test specimens and provide to customer as required
• Coordinate company projects and programs designed to support different initiatives
• Communicate with customer service on recovery dates and expected completion dates for processing
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines and submit maintenance requests for further maintenance
  work
• Perform other duties as assigned
