* Job Description:

*** Handling all day-to-day shipping functions including packaging, labeling and communicating with freight forwarders for pickups.
* Creating the documentation required for export compliance.
* Receiving and processing production, expense, RMA (returned material), and virtual items.
* Participating in cross-functional teams devoted to efficiency, cost-reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality.
* Monitoring key performance indicators to ensure achievement of goals.
* Evaluating problems and making initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
* Other projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned.
** Requirements/

Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or GED.
* US Person (ITAR requirement).
* 5 years of experience in warehousing / shipping / receiving / distribution including knowledge of UPS and Fed Ex online shipping system.
* International and freight forwarding shipping experience. Familiarity with export regulations. Possesses dangerous goods certification or willing to get certified. Experience filing with AES for international shipments.
* Experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50+ lbs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adhere to schedules, follow instructions and work independently.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $35,000-$87,000.  Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
