Our Client is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Supply Chain Analyst to support end‑to‑end supply planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling. This role partners closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and external suppliers to ensure efficient material flow, minimize working capital, and proactively manage supply risks in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
Supply & Inventory Planning
- Partner with Sales teams to translate demand forecasts into optimal inventory targets and replenishment plans.
- Develop and maintain production schedules within SAP, aligning raw material orders with manufacturing capacity.
- Generate short‑term and long‑term supply projections to support vendor planning and internal decision‑making.
- Coordinate raw material procurement with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve service issues and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Communicate potential constraints or disruptions proactively to planning, procurement, and operations teams.
Inventory Optimization & Risk Management
- Design and implement integrated replenishment strategies to reduce excess inventory and improve working capital efficiency.
- Monitor inventory turns and aging, executing phase‑in and phase‑out plans for promotions or product discontinuations.
- Analyze and model complex inventory and production scenarios to support operational decisions.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of end‑to‑end supply chain, production planning, or inventory management experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, and data visualization.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to manufacturing and supplier sites (with potential for increased travel during initial project phases).
Preferred Experience
- Background in consumer goods, manufacturing, or fast‑paced operational environments.
- Proven success as an individual contributor working across cross‑functional teams.
