We are seeking a skilled Programmer Analyst to support and enhance enterprise systems within a plastics manufacturing and distribution environment. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing JD Edwards (JDE) applications, custom programs, reports, and database solutions to ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify programs, reports, interfaces, and screens within JD Edwards Enterprise One or World.
- Create and maintain custom databases, standalone applications, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Test, troubleshoot, and deploy new or updated programs.
- Document processes and provide ongoing user support.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
Qualifications:
- Experience with JD Edwards (Enterprise One or World), including UBE and reporting.
- Strong RPG and SQL programming skills.
- Experience with database design and application development.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and troubleshooting practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
