HX5 is currently seeking a Test & Evaluation Manager to join our team in at Hanscom Air Force Base to support the Looking Glass program.

• Assist with creating applicable program documentation for Test and Evaluation (T&E) management‑relevant requirements required to award weapon system‑related contracts to include evaluation of contractor proposals, and post‑award documentation actions.
• Perform research activities to define minimum test requirements, definition of task scope, and selection of alternatives.
• Prepare, maintain, update, and review the full range of test plans and test‑related documentation.
• Assist in the determination and definition of aircraft configuration requirements.
• Provide data collection assistance and evaluate the data sufficiency.
• Review, analyze, and identify potential updates to TCTOs, drawings, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs), and other applicable technical data.

• High School with twenty (20) years of relevant experience and eight (8) years of DoD experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of DoD experience.
• Master’s degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of DoD experience.

This position is expected to pay $135,000-$145,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

This is a full‑time on‑site position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance by date of hire.
