** RESPONSIBILITIES
* * Including, but not limited to:
* Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
* Provide support in emergency situations by responding promptly to resident's needs.
* Assist nursing staff in providing hospice care for terminally ill patients.
* Help lift and transfer residents safely using appropriate techniques and equipment.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols.
* Document residents' information accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive resident care in our facilities.
** SKILLS
* ** Strong understanding of resident care principles and practices.
* Ability to provide compassionate support in hospice care settings.
* Proficient in lifting techniques to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
* Familiarity with Skilled Nursing, Sub-acute, and Memory Care and the specific needs of residents.
* Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain resident confidentiality.
* Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations during an emergency.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
* This Nursing Assistant role is essential for ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care while promoting their dignity and comfort throughout their healthcare journey.
