Overview
Unlicensed Clinician – Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)
The Unlicensed Clinician provides direct clinical services to individuals receiving medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder within an Opioid Treatment Program. Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, the Unlicensed Clinician delivers individual and group counseling, completes clinical documentation, supports treatment planning, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, stability, and harm reduction.
This position is ideal for clinicians working toward licensure and gaining supervised clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment.
What We Are Looking For- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling (required)
- Bilingual - English/Spanish (required)
- Experience with opioid treatment programs/substance use disorder treatment (strongly preferred)
- Strong documentation skills
- Compassion and empathy for population served
- Monday - Friday schedule (no holidays/weekends)
- Loan repayment and student debt buyback programs
- Supervisory hours available to help you achieve your career goals
