  • Provide supervision, training, and clinical oversight to staff delivering therapeutic services to youth and families affected by trauma.
  • Collaborate with the Area Director to coordinate and oversee daily program operations, developing and implementing new program initiatives.
  • Manage the quality control of clinical documentation, including intake and discharge process records, through chart and utilization reviews to ensure compliance and timeliness.
  • Comprehend and apply trauma‑informed practices and treatments to support parents addressing the clinical needs of the youth they serve.
  • Serve as an integral member of a multidisciplinary treatment team that collaborates to identify effective strategies for guiding and supporting clients and their families.

  • Reimbursement is available for professional license registration and annual fees (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, RN).
  • Access to Blue Cross medical and Delta Dental benefits.
  • Retirement benefits: 401(k) matched up to $800 a year and pension after 5 years of employment.
  • Professional development opportunities (tuition reimbursement up to nearly $4,000 per year, discounted tuition rates to partner institutions, free CEUs, and training in evidence‑based practices).
  • Wellness benefits: employee engagement groups, self‑care resources, and an Employee Assistance Program.
  • Generous paid time off: up to 19 days for full‑time employees in the first year and more.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold clinical licensure (LICSW or LMHC).
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience with children and adolescents; familiarity with trauma‑informed treatment models preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a mental health setting with the target population preferred.
  • Willingness to offer a variety of interventions and treatments required by this population.
  • Open to maintaining a flexible work schedule and participating in an on‑call schedule.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record software and fundamental computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
