AssociateFinancial Advisor – Hyannis Office
We are looking for an Associate Financial Advisor working as part of an advisory team. The role helps clients achieve their financial goals, provides client service beyond expectations, and supports the team’s objectives of sales growth, client retention, and customer service quality. The expected pay range is $75,000 to $125,000 annually, including base salary and variable compensation. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and market factors.
PrimaryJob Functions
- Work with the financial advisory team to actively manage client relationships, service, and plan execution.
- Assist the Financial Advisor during client meetings and follow‑up activities.
- Take meeting notes and promptly enter them into the CRM system.
- Present financial advice or plans to clients with the Financial Advisor.
- Obtain additional planning information or clarify details during client meetings or calls.
- Analyze client’s current investments and insurance policies.
- Place trades and perform account management tasks.
- Prepare annual reviews as required by the team.
- Systematize the review process using the CRM system.
- Gather data for client reviews and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Create reviews using the Wealth Enhancement Group review system.
- Monitor the percentage of clients reviewed in the last calendar year.
- Create financial plans for clients as required by the team.
- Analyze financial data in light of client goals.
- Prepare client information for presentation to the Roundtable, if required.
- Work effectively and professionally with the Financial Planning department.
- Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and demonstrate proficiency in advisor/client‑facing technology.
- Adhere to the Wealth Enhancement Group’s Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing.
- 4‑year degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
- Advanced designation or working toward obtaining (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.).
- Series 7 and 66 (BD/RIA) or Series 65 (RIA Only). Insurance licenses acceptable.
- 2+ years of experience within the wealth management industry.
- Ability to prepare client reviews and assist in meetings with senior advisors.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Active engagement in the community.
This position requires the ability to stand or sit for long periods, file documents in high or low cabinets, use the telephone, and use computer systems.
