rotecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services (). We are currently looking for a Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team for a Heavy Civil Construction Project in Norfolk, Virginia.

• Project:
  Heavy Civil Construction Project
• Estimated duration of the position: 1 year – In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.

• Electrical design coordination.
• Subcontractor supervision.
• Installation oversight.
• Commissioning support.
• Compliance with NEC & project specs.
• Interface with operations and construction teams.
• Working hours:
  
  Monday to Friday – Flexibility required.

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of industrial electrical experience (Solar/Renewables preferred).
• Planning, coordination, and management of electrical systems.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail oriented.

• Working for an international company currently expanding.
