• Oversee high-end residential projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and optimize project schedules using tools like MS Project.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and on-site teams to maintain clear communication and efficient workflows.
• Lead weekly client meetings, provide regular updates, and manage change orders effectively.
• Ensure quality control through site visits, milestone reviews, and punch list management.
• Handle post-construction closeout, including documentation, final inspections, and after-action reviews.

• 10+ years in high-end residential construction project management.
• Experienced in computer-based Construction Cost Estimating.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Quick Books, and Excel with expertise in cost estimating and critical path scheduling.
• Technical Knowledge in all areas of residential construction from excavation/sitework through painting & finishes.
