Lumina Agency Inc is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Service Account Coordinator to join our team in Lawrence, MA. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring service requests are handled efficiently and accounts are managed with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage assigned client accounts to ensure consistent service delivery
