Eastern Garage Door is a growing garage door sales and service company serving residential and commercial customers. We pride ourselves on reliable service, quality products, and strong customer relationships. We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales & Office Coordinator to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Position SummaryThe Inside Sales & Office Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the General Manager & Sales while serving as the first point of contact for customers. This position combines inside sales, administrative coordination, scheduling, and front office responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Inside Sales & Customer Service- Answer inbound calls from homeowners and business customers
- Schedule service calls and installations
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for garage doors, openers, and repairs
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection and inquiries
- Take payments and process transactions accurately
- Assist the General Manager with ordering materials and products
- Coordinate scheduling of technicians and installations
- Maintain job files and ensure accurate documentation
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and availability
- Greet customers and visitors professionally
- File and maintain organized records
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support general office operations as needed
- Previous inside sales, customer service, or administrative experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Experience in construction, home services, or garage door industry is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary position (based on experience)
- 2 Weeks PTO + 5 Sick Days(Accrued)
