• Partner with architects to drive specifications and provide product education, including AIA presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with glaziers throughout the project cycle
• Engage with end-users to enhance product visibility and influence project decisions
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings to promote products
• Utilize CRM tools, including Microsoft Dynamics, to manage territory and sales pipeline

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with architects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems (preferred)

• Experience in sales within the architectural or construction industry
• Familiarity with CRM tools and software
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with key stakeholders
