Job Description

Assistant Managers are responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while they are working a shift.

• Oversee and ensure cost controls, inventory control, and cash handling during shifts
• Maintain positive customer relations and provide excellent service during operations
• Assist with basic operations procedures as needed
• Support team members and enforce food safety and service protocols
• Operate and troubleshoot technology relevant to store operations
