Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas welcomes a self‑motivated, professional Retail Processor to join our team. Location: Bonner Springs, KS
Hourly Rate: $15.50
Bonus Pay: Up to $250/month
- No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Effective communication with co‑workers, customers, and management.
- Organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Handle all donations with care and respect.
- Sort donated and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online sales, outlet, and trash, per guidelines.
- Inspect goods to determine quality and assign to appropriate channels.
- Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
- Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working efficiently.
- Keep store areas clean, stocked, and organized.
- Provide positive customer service, greeting and thanking donors and customers.
- Build professional relationships with team members and leadership; collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Practice safe work methods, identifying hazards and keeping aisles clear.
- Maintain a professional appearance per MERS/Goodwill dress code.
- Safeguard agency assets (cash, donated items, purchased items) and report theft or unauthorized possession.
- Adhere to all MERS/Goodwill policies, Goodwill Retail procedures, and safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Monthly bonus up to $250.00
