We are seeking a hands‑on and customer‑centric Store Manager to drive the team based in our Marcs & David Lawrence concession stores with Myer Highpoint.

Leading the team, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end store operations within your concession store, including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, scheduling and reporting. This is a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager in fashion retail;
• Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
• Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
• Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
• Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
• Confidence delivering a first‑class service at all times to all customers;
• An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
• Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a high‑performing team;
• Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador
