Oak View Group - Kansas Athletics Performance Dining [Busser / Porter / Cleaner] As a Steward at Oak View Group, you'll:
Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and smallwares;
Ensure highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition, free of any contamination risk;
Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition;
Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning;
Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
