What Your Day Looks Like
As a Registered Nurse at LMH Health, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working alongside physicians and interdisciplinary team members who value your clinical judgment and expertise.
You will:
- Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families
- Assess patient needs and create individualized care plans
- Coordinate and communicate care across the healthcare team
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
- Support safe, effective discharges and care transitions
- Use evidence-based practices to improve outcomes
- Participate in teamwork, shared governance, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Active Kansas RN license
- Current BLS (ACLS/PALS required for select units)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- ACLS certification (within 6 months for ED, ICU/2
East, and select units)
