Industrial Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), three‑phase motors, and a wide range of manufacturing equipment. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our electrical systems and production machinery.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components, including three‑phase motors, control panels, and wiring systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Document all repairs, installations, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Complete other job responsibilities as assignedឹង all jobs in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• %% technical certification or associate degree(big) in Electrical Technology preferred.
• Veterans years as an Industrial Electrician.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.

• Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, etc.) programming and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in three‑phase motor systems and industrial power distribution.
• Ability to work with various manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
• Proficient in reading electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Successful completion of new employee necessities and all job‑specific training.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces and elevated areas.
• Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.
