LSI Staffing is helping a Lawrence, KS manufacturer in seeking a skilled  
** Finish Assembly Technician
** to support the production of custom and specialty products.  
** This role requires hands-on carpentry/framing experience** .The Finish Assembly Technician will build and assemble custom products using carpentry-level measuring, cutting, and finishing skills. Candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints, working with saws and routers, and producing high-quality finished assemblies with a strong focus on precision and detail.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform finish assembly work requiring carpentry and framing skills

+ Build custom and specialty products using blueprints, cut sheets, and work orders

+ Measure, cut, and assemble materials with a high level of accuracy

+ Operate hand and power tools such as saws, routers, and drills to produce finished components

+ Set up tools and equipment and make minor adjustments to maintain quality standards

+ Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, finish, and quality

+ Complete required production, quality, and inventory documentation

+ Support production flow by assisting in multiple work areas as needed

+ Identify material, quality, or process issues and communicate them to leadership

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

** Requirements*
* + Ability to read and follow blueprints and cut sheets

+ Carpentry-level measuring, cutting, and finish skills

+ Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or shop environment

+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards

+ Understanding of inventory control and production workflow

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
