Position located in Lawrence, KS. Hybrid onsite with quick credentialing (45‑60 days). Earning potential can exceed $104,000 with incentive bonuses.

Licensed independently in Kansas (LCPC, LSCSW, or LCMFT). Experience with children and/or adolescents aged 4‑11 or across the lifespan, and comfortable practicing from home with secure internet and a private space.

• Provide evidence‑based outpatient therapy to patients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents aged 4‑11.
• Deliver telehealth and in‑person services using HIPAA‑compliant platforms.
• Co‑operate with licensed clinical team, practice staff, and administration to maintain treatment quality.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

• Active Kansas license (LCPC, LSCSW, or LCMFT) with permission to practice independently.
• Experience working with child and adolescent populations and/or across the lifespan.
• Comfortable with home‑based treatment, including secure internet, a private space, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to Life Stance’s mission of improving behavioral health access.

Base salary $70,000–$90,000 per year. Unlimited earning potential, $5,000 sign‑on bonus, annual incentive bonus plan, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, 3 weeks’ vacation, and more.
