$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

• Review and process payment requests including legal invoices, fund administration fees, and audit expenses
• Process quarterly management fee distributions for both funds
• Coordinate with fund administrators on payment processing and transaction reconciliation
• Review and classify unmapped on-chain transactions throughout each quarter
• Conduct detailed quarterly position report reviews to verify private company valuations, liquid position pricing, and proper transaction categorization
• Review quarterly accounting packages against internal records and coordinate discrepancy resolution
• Maintain MOIC sheet in Investment Pipeline Excel with current portfolio valuations

• Serve as primary point of contact for LP inquiries on fund performance, statements, K-1 timelines, and documentation
• Collaborate with fund administrators to address investor questions
• Maintain professional, timely communication with all limited partners

• Coordinate annual tax documentation review for both funds (April timeline)
• Manage K-1 collection from DAO and SPV investments, handle extension filings as needed
• Manage comprehensive annual audit process including preparation of digital asset custody sheets, audit checklists, financial statements, and multiple review rounds with auditors

• 2-4 years of operations, fund administration, or financial operations experience
• Deep familiarity with the crypto/web3 ecosystem
• Experience working with fund administrators and understanding venture fund
