Overview
Position Overview:
This is a Lecturer opening which is a non-tenure-track member of the faculty whose primary role is instructional, teaching Pharm D students within the professional pharmacy program with no obligations to perform research or service. This is a one-year appointment through May 16, 2027. This position will teach courses within one or more of the departments:
Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology & Toxicology, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. This position will be in-person on the Lawrence, Kansas campus.
- Delivering education content to enhance learning outcomes of students. (40%)
- Designing relevant course materials, lesson plans and participate in curriculum development. (30%)
- Providing academic advising, mentoring students, and answering their questions on course materials. (20%)
- Assessing student progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations. (10%)
D or PhD in a science related field.

Advertised Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience and based on credit hour
