Job Description
** Specific Summary of Duties:*
* · Work with campus departments to define communication needs and match them with internal communication channels
· Work in PM platform (ASANA) to organize projects, tasks, deadlines, media assets, files, etc. team has specific responsibilities, we also work as a team as needed to execute larger projects. This means you may be asked to do things outside your job description, such as Student Employees are eligible to work on campus in a part time capacity according to Ensign College Student Employment Policy.

Hours:

15-19 hours a week during semester and the starting wage for all student employees is $14.00 per hour with the possibility of $.25 rate increase each semester of continued work based on merit.
** Specific Summary of Duties:
** Manage project and track tasks in project management software (Asana)  experience in
· Demonstrated use of  PM software;
We use Asana, but you can show experience with other platforms like Trello or Microsoft Project
· Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely in written and face-to-face settings
· Ability to balance providing customer service to our clients, while at the same time communicating our standards, policies, and process; share those with clients and communicate that we must adhere to those standards.
· Ability to solve problems and ask for clarification as needed While each employee on the Internal Comms team has specific responsibilities, we also work as a team as needed to execute larger projects. This means you may be asked to do things outside your job description, such as hang posters, carry equipment, or assist with events. Student Employees can work part-time on campus according to Ensign College Student Employment Policy.
