Job Summary

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial supportive role in the successful execution of projects for the Brand Development team within the House of Brands. You’ll work closely with the Operations Specialists, Relationship Coordinators and Managers to plan, coordinate, and oversee various project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders and members to provide updates and address concerns.

You’ll also help manage resources, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate issues that arise. By handling these operational details, you allow the Operations Specialists and Managers to focus on strategic decision-making and overall project leadership, contributing to the smooth and efficient delivery of project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prioritize, and track marketing-specific projects using Asana.
  • Support coaches with clear, proactive communication about timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects, product launches, and initiatives are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Manage projects impacting multiple departments (e.g., compliance reviews, member-facing tools).
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between compliance, RC, coaching, and other teams.
  • Launch new prototypes to members, overseeing testing, iteration, and rollout.
  • Operational management of Triad’s book program for members using Asana and communication across multiple departments and outside strategic partners.
  • Provide administrative support to operations specialists and managers to help ensure project success.
  • Work alongside operations specialists and managers to research and investigate complex business concepts and subsequently translate solutions into straight-forward creative briefs for members on your team.
