Job Description:
We are looking for General Laborers that are interested in learning the roofing trade. This is an amazing opportunity to start a life long career. You will be trained to perform the job, and training will be paid.
Responsibilities:
Install various types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, and other materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
Identify and repair leaks, damaged shingles, and other roofing issues efficiently and effectively.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning gutters, replacing worn-out components, and inspecting roofs for potential issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
Interact with customers professionally and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding their roofing needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in general labor
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working t be able to carry a 40 FT ladder; and may be required to lift up to 80 lbs.
Valid driver's license (preferred)
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
