Behavior Technician/RBT
Position Overview
Lead and conduct comprehensive student and classroom observations to assess behavioral needs, managing a defined caseload providing consultative services across grades 9-12.
Develop and implement evidence-based Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with complex needs.
Drive effective behavioral interventions and build staff capacity by providing expert individual, classroom, and whole-group training and support for teachers and staff, ensuring high fidelity and consistency of behavioral strategies.
Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Valid California Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)
- Prior experience as a Behavior Specialist or Behavior Analyst (Preferred)
- Top Compensation:
Earn up to $65.50 – $68.00 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives. - Generous Benefits:
