Cross Country Education is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team for a school-based assignment through the 2025–2026 academic year.
In this role, you will provide behavioral consultation and support services across school sites within a collaborative educational setting. You will work closely with educators and staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes and foster student success.

Position Overview- Title: School-Based - BCBA
- Location: Lawndale, CA 90260 ON SITE
- Grade Level: High School
- Schedule: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM
- Days Per Week: 5 days/week
- Compensation: $65.50 per hr + Time Off Bonuses
- Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and strengths.
- Develop and assist in implementing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
- Provide teacher and staff training
, including individualized coaching, classroom-level support, and group professional development. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and behavioral programming.
- Document progress, recommendations, and outcomes in alignment with district policies and best practices.
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with staff, students, and families.
